I took the photo for this design at a friend's house in the Hunter Valley. He has not been interested in gardening until he recently discovered the pleasures of growing his own fruit so this plant has had to survive for a long time on it's own. It's done pretty well!

The finished embroidery measures 8.5 x 12 inches or 216 x 307mm and uses 26 colours. It was designed to partner with the Water Lily and Daisy designs. It is worked on 14ct Aida cloth.
