Kits and Materials

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on kits and materials if you change your mind. We will replace any items which have been damaged in transit.

 Refund Policy

If a kit is missing items please notify us immediately and they will be replaced at no cost to you. This does not include a simple shortage of thead. We endeavour to include an ample amount of thread for the average needle worker but each person has a difference in tension and this cannot reasonably be catered for in all instances. If a 'paid for' item becomes unavailable we will refund the money in full. Embellishments may differ slightly from those in the pictures due to availability. Replacement embellishments will be similar in cost and quality.
